Hapkido is a Korean martial art that combines striking, kicking, joint locks, takedowns, chokes, pressure point applications, trapping, control techniques, and traditional weapons training into a practical and well-rounded martial arts program.
Training emphasizes leverage, redirection, mobility, and real-world combative tactics through structured partner drills and controlled application. Ground survival training focuses on surviving, escaping, and regaining mobility rather than prolonged sport grappling.
Weapons training may include cane, knife, stick, sword, and other traditional or improvised weapons, along with practical weapon defense and disarming concepts.

Shuri-Te Bujutsu-Kai (SBK) is a martial arts organization dedicated to the continued study, development, and refinement of traditional martial arts and combative science.
